F.A.Q.

BE Aligned clear aligners are made of certified high-end technology materials. They are biocompatible, safe, elastic and hypoallergenic.

If we lose a BE Aligned clear aligner, we inform our doctor immediately. Our doctor will either advise us to use the previous or next set of clear aligners or order replacement clear aligners for us.

To achieve the desired alignment results with BE Aligned clear aligners:

  • We wear the BE Aligned clear aligners for a total of 22 hours a day. The remaining 2 hours of the day are more than enough for food and care!
  • We always brush our teeth after every meal.
  • We follow all the instructions given to us by our dentist or orthodontist.

BE Aligned treatment moves your teeth by applying gentle, steady pressure. Some people experience a feeling of pressure and it’s normal – it’s a sign that BE Aligned clear aligners are working and transforming your smile.

Our advice is to start wearing your new BE Aligned before you go to bed, so the next morning you will already be used to them!

The UVC BE Aligned case is not dishwasher safe as it also consists of electronic parts. However, the orange silicone on the inside of the case is removable and you can wash it with a soapy sponge and warm water.

The case can be cleaned inside and out with a fresh cloth soaked in a little mild soap. Dry thoroughly after removing soap residue. Be careful not to leave water or soap in the air vents.

Do not use mouthwash to clean your BE Aligned clear aligners.

Soaking your clear aligners in mouthwash can do more harm than good because the color of the mouthwash can stain your braces.

No, gum will stick to BE Aligned clear aligners! We recommend that you remove your aligners for all meals and snacks.

Smoking while wearing BE Aligned clear aligners is not recommended because there is a chance they will stain.

While BE Aligned will have a set period of application based on treatment goals, retainers may need to be worn for an extended period of time depending on the status of the treatment outcome.

Talk to your doctor right away if you notice anything different in your mouth or the way your clear aligners feel. For example, if you notice a wound or even if a clear aligner breaks or an attachment comes off.
